Please allow 2–4 business days for order confirmation, processing, quality review, and packaging before your order is shipped.
High-Volume Periods:
During holidays, promotional events, or seasonal order increases, processing may take up to 5 business days.
Shipping Fee:
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to all orders.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedule, and fulfillment location.
United States: 10–15 business days
Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia: 11–16 business days

Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label is created.
If tracking does not update immediately, it usually means the package is still moving through the carrier network or waiting for the next scan.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may be charged by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations
